Santander Consumer Finance focuses on business development related to consumer finance products, sales channels and commercial agreements with dealers, vehicle manufacturers or retail distribution establishments, as well as commercial functions associated with direct sales (branches, call centers or digital channels) and indirect sales (through third parties) of consumer finance products.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As Project Manager , you will lead different data projects executed for Santander Consumer HQ, this involves managing the full cycle of the projects (estimate the project, identify external suppliers, launch the projects, follow up the projects, manage the integrations with third parties and implement the projects). Mainly focused on Data projects, and specifically in Cloud under AWS platform
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
Interlocution with Business and T&O
Coordination of functional definition and capture of requirements
Project and maintenance budget management
Project Planning
Coordination of the execution and, failing that, the Technical Design required for the projects:
Definition of the technical design of the Information Systems under the standards of the Reference Architecture of the HQ systems.
Coordination of the projects in their different phases:
Delivery of the associated projects (development and testing).
Implementation of the new functionalities in PRO, with support to the User tests.
Service level assurance within the projects of your area of expertise.
Ensure that the RUN HQ team meets the service level agreed with the Customer in the SLAs.
EXPERIENCE
More than 5 years of experience in the implementation of projects at international level, cloud data project is a value to be taken into account relationship with business users, management of multidisciplinary teams, projects within the Santander Group.
Experience in data projects (Big Data, Data Lakes, Datawarehouses, etc.)
Experience in coordination and communication with local units
EDUCATION
Engineering, Finance, Economics
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Cloud (especially AWS)
Data Projects
Functional Knowledge: Banking in general, knowledge of the consumer lending business.
Functional knowledge in banking regulatory standards,
Ability to manage and adapt to different types of projects, Regulatory, Business Support
Excellent communication skills to talk to stakeholders, clients, etc.
High level of English.
OTHER INFORMATION
Ability to work regularly in English (meetings, phone calls, emails, oral and written presentations).
Occasional travel
