We are looking for a professional_ Barista_ with transferable IQAMA who makes and serves beverages such as coffee, and specialty beverages, and also to be responsible for taking customer orders and payments. The barista shall also clean and sanitize the work areas, seating areas and equipment/tools
Job Summary:
Our Baristas are responsible for serving our customers the best beverage and food, while maintaining service and brand standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver the highest levels of customer service in line with brand standards
- Produce and serve all drinks to brand standards and recipes
- Maintain stock levels/availability by replenishing display/fridges and rotating stock within company guidelines/planograms
- Maintain standards of Health, Safety and Cleanliness
- Upsell and demonstrate product knowledge by answering and suggesting to the customers to maximize sales
- Operate the till in line with brand training
- Maintain hygiene standards inside the store and patio area and regularly check that all areas are in compliance to company standards
