Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming inquiries on client’s products, technologies, programs, policies and services. They are able to handle inquiries via all media channels both inbound, chat and email tickets
Must knowledgeable in Traditional and Simplified Mandarin (speak/write)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
