Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, utilising AI-driven content, to enhance organic sales growth in Klar's primary markets
- Collaborate closely with the Growth team to align SEO initiatives with overall business objectives, contribute to organic sales targets, and make strategic adjustments to content and SEO strategies for maximum impact Utilise AI tools to analyse user behaviour, preferences, and purchasing intent, and use the insights to create compelling content strategies focused on engagement and conversionConduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and link-building strategies to optimise content, enhance domain authority, and acquire high-quality backlinks
- Collaborate with content creators, product teams, and stakeholders to optimise both existing and new content for SEO, ensuring alignment with target keywords and best practices
- Perform regular website audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues, including crawl errors, broken links, and page speed, collaborating with Product Owners and Developers as needed Monitor and analyse website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other relevant softwareProvide actionable insights and recommendations on keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversion rates, and other performance metrics to senior management and key stakeholders
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role, preferably within the e-commerce or marketplace industry
- Strong knowledge of SEO strategies, techniques, and best practices Proficiency in using SEO tools and platforms such as GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar (SEO monitoring tools).
- ️ Experience with keyword research and analysis tools to identify target keywords and optimise content
- Familiarity with technical SEO aspects, including website audits, crawlability, and indexability
- Solid understanding of on-page and off-page optimisation techniques
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, algorithm updates, and SEO best practices
- Experience working with bespoke e-commerce platforms and CMS systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Detail-oriented and highly organised, with strong project management skills
- ✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- ️ Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred but not required)

Klar is a Scandinavian organization with offices in Sweden, Denmark, and Estonia. Our headquarters and factory are located in Estonia, Tartu - but you will be working with our vibrant team in our Copenhagen-based office located in Valby.
