Responsibilities:
- Maintain healthy and cordial relations with networks and leads.
- Call prospective customers and pitch them relevant projects with details.
- Follow up with customers and align their site visits.
- Explain about the project and its details and provide a detailed brief about every project.
- Update and report all interactions, daily site visits, and call reports.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills to secure successful sales transactions
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to exceed targets
- Presentable and professional appearance to make a positive impression on clients
