§ Responsible of CRM application full life cycle § Design and develop CRM applications and processes. - Gathering business requirements - Solution design to meet requirements. - Responsible for delivery per design - Support the QA team. - Support the knowledge transfer for trainers and business.
§ Responsible for production applications - This also includes bug support and knowledge transfer. § Responsible for performing required tasks accurately, thoughtfully, and conscientiously. § Reports progress on a regular basis to Team Leader. § Responsible for planning daily schedules and efficient use of time to ensure deliverables are met.
§ Knowledge and Experience with: - CRM system analysis - Microsoft Dynamics365 CRM platform, 3+ years of CRM implementation - Power Platform and PowerBI experience is an advantage. - Responsible for application’s full life cycle § BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience. § Strong critical thinker with problem solving attitude. § Fluent English - verbal and written.
