Job Description:
The candidate must be able to conduct monitoring, investigations, quality and compliance checks in respect of all business operations; including but not limited to:
Audits on Incoming and outgoing correspondence, CRM and systems, call monitoring and assessments, identifying risk and implementing risk mitigation measures, conducting compliance investigations in respect of all escalations and drafting reports and recommendations.
The candidate must conduct daily research to stay up to date with all international legislation and regulations in respect of the Fintech and Cryptocurrency industry.
Reviewing scripts and templates.
Devise risk matrices and align same with business operations.
Identify non-compliance (as per the Employer’s code of conduct) and follow the escalation processes.

Requirements:
Matric.
Bachelor's degree/Diploma/Certification.
Experience in the Fintech and Cryptocurrency industry and/or call centre environment.
1-2 years experience in a similar role.
Ability to commute/reliable transport and work shifts.
Working knowledge of CRM’s and various applications and systems.
Technologically proficient.
Data capturing.
