Full Job Description
A position has arisen for a Receptionist / Administrator with a minimum of 12 months relevant experience and capable of working on their own initiative. The successful candidate will be the point of contact for clients while working in a pleasant office atmosphere where further training and mentoring will be provided along with opportunity for career development.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure all visitors and telephone callers to the practice are greeted professionally
- Typing [Letters and Emails] and ensuring the correct processing of outgoing mail
- Scheduling appointments with clients
- Answering, forwarding and screening telephone calls
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, document scanning, monitoring office stock systems
- Ensure reception area is maintained in an orderly fashion
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €27,500.00-€30,000.00 per year
