We, at Leggett & Platt Inc., are searching for a(n) FP&A Analyst within our Finance team to help support our Automotive business. Our automotive products fall into three primary groups: Seating and Lumbar support, Motors and Actuators, and Mechanical Cables. As a(n) FP&A Analyst you will have the opportunity to showcase your reporting and analysis expertise in an international environment. You will also work very closely with multiple different functions across the business.
So, what will you be doing as a(n) FP&A Analyst?
- Responsible for planning, analysis, forecasting and reporting, as well as consolidation

Collecting and interpretating data- Calculating overheads by function on different levels
- Supporting the VP of Finance with ad hoc reporting and analysis
- Drive standardization and harmonization under the direction of the VP for finance projects and initiatives
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Degree in Economics preferred, but not required
- 3-5 years of experience in Controlling area and financial processes and systems
- Extensive experience with budgeting/forecasting processes
- Solid understanding of FP&A and costing methodologies
- Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail and process
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and Power BI
- Ability to work on global teams, proficient verbal and written communication in English
- High integrity and ethical standards and an ability to handle confidential information
- High willingness to learn
