Sample & Supply Assistant [China]

 

Job Summary :

Due to our recent growth, we are in need of qualified and focused driven individuals, like yourself. This is a critical role in our continuously-growing laboratory where you will be part of a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. As a Sample & Supply Assistant, you will be able to use your finely tuned skills to help accomplish task that are instrumental to the company’s growth.

Responsibilities :

• Handle dry ice and other materials
• Kit packing and maintaining inventory
• Prepare and coordinate biological laboratory sample shipments between Medpace & other labs
• Receiving, unpacking and accessioning of biological specimens
• Proper handling, storage and management of frozen biological specimens
• Proper maintenance of fridges, -20C freezers and -70C freezers
• Liaise with couriers for inbound and outbound shipments

Qualifications :

• High School diploma or equivalent;
• At least 2 years of industry experience in related similar position;
• Team worker and detail-oriented with good time management skills;
• Experience in a logistics or laboratory will be advantageous;
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft® Word and Excel;
• Fluency in English; and
• Able to work on rotational Saturdays and public holidays
