To cover a maternity cover we are looking for a temporary Project Manager HR & Talent Acquisition.
You’ll be joining our Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding team. Your main responsibility will be to coordinate and track multiple projects, on going projects and projects in early stage. The successful candidate will also spearhead research initiatives related to retail assessments. This is a temporary position with a specific focus on driving successful project outcomes within a defined timeline.
Your responsibility will be:
- Lead on the renewal of our selection assessments for Central Head Office (CHO) and for Retail.
- Support in further embedding D&I in our recruitment process and in employer branding.
- Lead on Retail recruitment automation initiative in close collaboration with HR Digital.
- Monitor and control projects/programs so they remain aligned with strategic business initiatives.
- Practice established project management protocols and tooling, including the development of project plans/timelines, presentation documents, facilitation of project meetings, etc.
- Lead the end-to-end project management process, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful execution of project goals and deliverables.
THIS IS YOU
High on energy, low on ego and with a little bit of humor. You have excellent problem solving, documentation and communication skills. You have demonstrable experience and knowledge in the Talent Acquisition space with a strong understanding of process, systems, technology and sourcing platforms. On top of it:
- You have at least 4 years relevant experience in managing global projects in HR/TA, preferably at an International (retail) organization.
- You have demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence project working groups in decision-making and strategic processes.
- You have an educational background in HR management, Business or related field.
- You have exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills demonstrating cross cultural understanding and knowledge across multiple geographic locations.
- You have Advanced Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel including experience.
- You have the ability to analyse data and prepare reports / recommendations supported by strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
