Purpose of Role
The Associate Manager, Wholesale will develop and manage the proper internal business operation system and play the role to make an instant impact to the wholesale business.
Your Impact
- Manage planning in providing in-depth sales analysis and insight, provide timely communication of reporting and in-season business deep-dive study
- Develop and manage franchise partner’s business, help franchise partners deliver excellent retail performance
- Enhance the brand image in the area and achieve the sales target, both S-I, S-T and Return
- Lead the account buying plan according to buying strategy, top down financial target and analysis
- Conduct historical analysis in terms of SI structure and make proposals for pre-season buying structure in Account Level
- Conduct sales forecast and regular sales report to analyze the sales performance, monitor and track business, highlight potential risk
- Franchise inventory monitory, control, clearance, and replenishment order aligned with product and marketing plan
- Conduct the seasonal and monthly business review with accounts, drive partnership performance provide suggestion to franchisees, make the action plan and execute to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations Develop and execute the proper product assortment plan for the accounts
- Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for an one and three-year period, Achieve the sales target, both S-I, S-T and return rate.

Qualifications
- Functional: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management for a leading consumer goods companies, ideally with wholesale focu
- Industry: Ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG
- Exposure: Sports, marketing, trade marketing
