Our products are at the core of the constantly-evolving smartcard market – from smartphones, transport cards, identity cards and passports, to contact and contactless transactions, biometrics, access, and more. Currently, we open a new positions as Talent Development Officer.
This position will report to TD & Communication Manager of the site. Your main tasks will be:
- Be a learning partner client services to support each of line function in identifying effective learning and development programs, methodologies and tools in order to improve employee capabilities.
- Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weakness to translate requirements into training that will groom employees for next step of their career path by using the training yearly plan and other specific training as appropriate
- Ensure the necessary process about competency management, skills matrix, training road map, career path development, talent and succession plan to drive employee capability & performance that align with business target
- Analyze and recommend training consultants/trainers/learning and development solutions suit with client needs.
- Develop the learning handouts, instruction material, media, aids or manuals as required.
- Researching and introduce new learning methodologies or technologies to the organization
- Facilitate learning and development session, workshop, projects or etc.
- Complete and ensure database management both on & off system, reports are well prepared and timely submission to government and Line function manager
- Assess the effective of learning and development program, instructional, instructor and determine impact on employee skills & KPIs
- Support the global projects to achieve the project‘s mission and objectives.
- Be a key team to run company communication and activities as assigned
- Support tasks under Talent Development and Employee Experience team as assigned
Education :
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, or other related disciplines with Master degree will be an advantage
Experience :
- At least 2 years working experience in the same or similar role, and in manufacturing working environment will be an advantage.
- Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
Others Skills:
- Good Command of English both speaking and writing
- Computer Skills
- Good relationship & good attitude
