Customer Service Representative [Philippines]


 

The Role:
We seek a Customer service representative focusing on servicing our customers with their questions and complaints. We are looking for a team member who can manage multiple service channels at a time and work with all departments to ensure we grow as a company and improve our products for our customers. This role is part of a team driven by a passion for servicing customers to the best of our ability and focusing on customer’s experiences. Your goal would be to participate in daily customer engagement and focusing on helping our customers succeed in their goals. We expect all team members to come every day looking to make an impact on our customers and help our business improve in the process.

Your Function:

  • Solve customer's questions in a timely manner through customer calls, facebook, email and etc.
  • Record the consultation content, give feedback to management and help to improve the product drawback.
  • Understand the micro lending knowledge, master the policy knowledge, and answer customer questions correctly.
  • Solve customer complaints and improve user experience.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduates with BPO experience / college graduates are also welcome to apply
  • Amenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig
  • Above average English communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Amenable working on shifts, holidays, weekends & extended work hours

Skills & Expertise:

  • Good Communication Skills
  • Strong problem-solving skill
  • Patient and able to handle customer complaints or misunderstandings
  • A desire to go above and beyond job requirements to deliver an excellent customer experience and create capacity-building change for the company

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php16,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ortigas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer Service Representative: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
