Join our dedicated team where we provide specialist asset lifecycle management engineering services for ESB’s Transmission & Distribution businesses. The group provides specialist engineering services in all stages of the lifecycle
management process from commissioning new equipment to condition assessment of existing assets to end of life decommissioning decisions.
The team specialises in:
- Maintenance services
- Diagnostic testing
- Fault investigations
We are looking for a Business Support Team Member to join us on our journey to a Brighter Future.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support our field engineers with back-office tasks
- Fleet management
- Scheduling and recording training
- Purchasing support
- Calibration support and certification of tools and equipment
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Working as part of this dynamic team, you will always have new challenges and new problems to solve – working together is key. You will have the autonomy to choose how best to tackle tasks and solve problems with the support of your colleagues.
Essential
- 1-3 years’ experience in business support or administration
- Working knowledge of SharePoint
- Strong MS Office skills, incl. Excel
- MS Teams
- Excellent communication skills
Desirable
- SAP experience, including purchasing
Qualifications
Essential
- Good Leaving Certificate
Location
Your base will be at one of our offices situated at One Dublin Airport Central or Eastgate Cork.
